The staff were genuinely warm and attentive during our stay.

Upon arrival, my reservation couldn't be found, and I was charged extra for my room. To make matters worse, my bed linens were dirty, and I received a single brown blanket after asking for clean ones. The overall cleanliness of the pool and common areas was not up to standard, leaving a very sour impression.

The hot breakfast was a nice inclusion, though the selection could be better.

The room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay, which was unexpected.

Couples facing some challenges

The check-in process was strange, but the front desk clerk eventually found us a nice room on the first floor. The bed? Oh man, it was like sleeping on clouds which is a rarity in hotels.

It wasn't cheap, but it was alright for what we got.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids! The hotel is close to Augusta National Golf Course, and we appreciated the spacious room with a 37-inch flat-screen TV to keep everyone entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our time...  

I had a nice stay with a comfy room and great on-site amenities. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement, particularly the sausage and biscuits.

Comfortable stay in a well-maintained room with a nice hot tub and decent bed that allowed for quality sleep. The area was conveniently accessible and felt secure with visible video cameras. Breakfast was disappointing. the sausage was cold and undercooked, and the biscuits were hard. The pool area could use more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.

The King Room was surprisingly spacious with updated furniture. It had a microwave, fridge, and sink, which is nice for longer stays. But I did struggle with a broken phone and had to go to the lobby late at night for the remote. The hallway had an odor, and the carpet felt a bit dated, which was a downer. Overall, it had potential but needs some sprucing up.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend jaunt in Augusta with value for price. The room had fresh carpets and felt clean overall, which is a plus. Bring your own pillows. they were quite small and lumpy.
